Alkoomi Icon Collection Blackbutt Cabernet Blend 2018 Size::1 Bottle The slope in this climat

The slope in this climat is steep and it has relatively poor water supply which causes the vine to suffer in dry years

The palate is nicely weighted with a good flow and finishes with a slight astringency that really counters

putting even vintages like 1988 and 1998 to shame

While the family is most well known for their single cru classified bottlings

while pepperberry adds a citrus tang and a lick of spice on the subtle finish

Alkoomi Icon Collection Blackbutt Cabernet Blend 2018 Size::1 Bottle The slope in this climatLovely aromas of red berry, plum and spicy oak. Deep, dark and highly structured with a very long finish of redcurrant, dark berries cedar and spice.
