Contratto Aperitif—1L NV Size::1 Bottle The Sangiovese was simply destemmedBased on original family recipe from the 1935, Contratto Aperitif has lively notes of rhubarb, lemon, tangerine and herbal notes bringing fresh and lively citrus balanced by a bittersweet edge. Lighter and less bitter than Contratto Bitter, match this with lighter gins if you are using it as the base of a Negroni, or just add some soda and Prosecco to make a Spritz!
