Castro Ventosa El Castro de Valtuille Joven 2021 6-bottle-case picked by hand and crushed"Dark garnet. A very expressive wine, with a lively nose and great aromatic potential, with hints of wild berries, raspberry and blackberry. Offers ample velvety sensations, with a very expressive tannic finish. Overall it is harmonious and concentrated. El Castro de Valtuille is especially well balanced and easy to appreciate, a great alternative to Pinot Noir, pairs well with a wide variety of dishes from pasta to coq au vin. "
