Banks Road “Will’s Selection” Pinot Noir 2021 raspberry Due to frost
Description
Due to frost
The bouquet is an arrangement of customary cabernet varietal characteristics
before being raised for seven to 10 months
It’s a slow burn to start with but aromatic intensity builds in this wine as it throws off the shackles of extreme youth and the effects of bottling
The small yields that come from this stony site produce a wine with big intensity
Banks Road “Will’s Selection” Pinot Noir 2021 raspberry Due to frostThis wine is the highest grade selection of fruit and ferments providing a portion of 2 barriques or hogs heads (i. e. 500 600 litres or 50 60 dozen in total). Very limited.
