Frederic Mabileau Rémy Mabileau ‘Diantre’ Grolleau 2022 Size::6 Bottle Case and harmonic to the tasteDiantre is a cuve made from destemmed grapes. A short vinification process gives it a light mauve hue, no tannin and low alcohol content (10. 5% Vol). The yeasts are indigenous and the wine contains little sulfite, 15 mg L in total. Grolleau offers a sweet note of red fruits such as strawberries and violets, as well as a slightly candy like taste. Nathalie, Charly and Rmy
