the wine is juxtaposed with a restrained power typical of Hyde Vineyard Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon
Cristom Louise Pinot Noir 2015 kings-ridge ripe apple and pearDark fruit and a dusty, earthy nose with oak vanilla as the high note. Palate has mouth coating tannins with persistence and balance. Concentrated black currant, black cherry, and licorice along with bright vibrant red fruit, and cinnamon from stem inclusion.
