Arpus X Badlands Brewing QDH Hand-Selected Cryo Mosaic X Cryo Citra X Riwaka X Nelson Sauvin QIPA 440ml (11%) 5-6% 322 Holloway Road
Description
322 Holloway Road
This approachable orange wine is crafted using a dual technique: two-thirds of the Grenache Blanc is whole-bunch pressed and fermented in stainless steel
Each parcel of grapes was fermented separately due to the range of picking dates and were all de-stemmed and fermented with the skins depending on the grape type: Seyval 2 weeks
which is why you’ll notice slightly different wording between the Sanguine and Piquant from Wednesdays Domaine
Not only new wood from American and French origin is used
